1. Non-Refundable Policy
   All purchases of Belle Lueur Serums (Stellar Bright and Calm Radiance) and Bohr Oxygen Caps are final. Due to the nature of skincare products and consumables, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the items have been shipped.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
   If your products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at customerexperience@bellatrixusa.com. Include your order details and photos of the damaged or defective items. We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement.

3. Subscription Cancellations
   For subscribers of Belle Lueur Serums or Bohr Oxygen Caps, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled billing date. To cancel, please email customerexperience@bellatrixusa.com with your subscription details. Once payment has been processed, the order cannot be refunded or canceled.

4. Shipping Issues
   Bellatrix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, we will work diligently to address any issues within our control to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.
